• Please obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) by calling us at (904) 636-9451 or by completing the
  Return Authorization Request form.
• When requesting an RA#, you will be asked to provide:
      1. Invoice number
      2. Date of purchase
      3. Quantity of purchase
      4. Part number(s)
      5. Reason for return
• American Medicals will refuse any products returned without an RA#.
  
• All products returned must be in the original packaging and in saleable condition. Any merchandise unsuitable for resale will not be
  accepted.
  
• For all returns, a 25% or manufacturer’s imposed restocking fee, whichever is greater, will be charged.
  
• Any products returned after 30 days of the invoice date will not be accepted.
  
• Special orders are non-returnable.
  
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  
• Charges to ship returned products back to American Medicals are the customer’s responsibility.
  
• All international sales are non-returnable.
