a Product: |
Please Note Before you send the items back there are a few things to fulfill.
• Return Authorization Number (RA#): Return Authorization Number (RA#) is an important condition, you must have it.
• Call Us : Contact us on our Customer Service Department at (904) 636-9451 or by filling out “ON LINE FORM”,
• Requirements : Keep these details handy when calling us or filling the on-line form.
a) Invoice number,
b) Date of purchase,
c) Quantity of purchase,
d) Item numbers and
e) Reason for return.
Based on this information Return Authorization number will be given.
• Refusal of Non-RA# Products: Product received without Authorization Number will be refused.
• Condition of Return Products: All products returned must be in original and current packing and in saleable condition. Any merchandise unsuitable for resale will not be accepted.
• Restocking Fee : A 25% or manufacturer's imposed restocking fee, whichever is greater for all returns will be charged.
• Period for Return: All returns within 30 days will be accepted. Any product returned after this period will be unacceptable.
• Related to Special Orders: Note that Special orders are non-returnable.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• For return items shipping cost is customer's responsibility.
• Related To International Sales : International sales are non-returnable.
