American Medicals ships Best Way using commercial carrier, such as UPS, FedEx, US Post, Motor Freight delivering shipments anywhere in the United States within 3-5 days at low rates. The actual shipping charges are added to each order based on the weight, volume of the package, and the destination. Expedite service, such as, Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipments are also available, which requires an additional charge. After you place your order, we will notify you by email of your shipping charges. For International Shipping- fee and other charges associated with International document preparation may be added to the shipping and handling charges. We will notify you prior to shipment by email of any additional charges for your approval. Any local duty, clearing, port fee or customs charge is the responsibility of the customer on delivery.

Manufacturer warranties apply to your purchase. American Medicals disclaims all other warranties.

In no event shall American Medicals be liable for any damages caused by any product or failure of such product to perform, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damage and regardless of the theory of liability pursuant to which such damages may be sought.

If Customer makes any claims against American Medicals, Customer agrees that the venue for such claims will be in the Duval County, Jacksonville, Florida, USA.

All merchandise left our warehouse in good condition. The risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to buyer as such goods are picked up by a carrier for deliver to buyer. Freight carriers are responsible for the delivery of your order in good condition. Buyer should therefore inspect, while drivers are there for both damage and or shortage of products before signing deliver receipt. Claims should be filed immediately with the carrier (not the seller) for merchandise damaged or shortage in transit. Failure to do so will leave you with no recourse with either carrier or American Medicals.

If necessary, Customer authorizes American Medicals to charge their Credit Card for any Restocking, or other charges, in addition to the cost of the products to include shipping charges for any product returned.

For order under $ 150, a Small Order Charge of $10 will be added.

When an item in your order is not in stock it will be placed on backorder and shipped to you when it becomes available. If the product you wish to order is on backorder you will be notified by an e-mail within three business days of receipt of your order. Some specialty items, such as surgical and dental instruments, could take 4 weeks or more as we take great care in manufacturing our products.

American Medicals will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses in the State of Florida. Each customer in other states shall be responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped in other states<

Product returns are subject to Manufacturer Restrictions. Not all products are eligible for return. Customer agrees to follow the American Medicals Policy to request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from American Medicals before attempting to return any products. A 25% or manufacturer's imposed restocking fee, whichever is greater for all returns will be charged. See Returning a Product.

You acknowledge and agree that American Medicals may terminate your password and/or other access privileges and remove and discard any Content without notice to you for any reason, including without limitation, if: (a) you do not use the Services for what American Medicals, in its sole discretion, deems to be an extended period of time; (b) American Medicals believes that you have violated any of these Terms and Conditions, (c) you have otherwise acted or failed to act in any manner that American Medicals deems objectionable.
