I. Prices:
Prices on this web site are updated on a regular basis and are current to the best of our knowledge when posted. However, some products, prices, manufacturer promotions, or offers may change before we are able to update and post the information on our web site. In the event of an unexpected cost increase or other change, we will contact you to determine whether you want to continue your order at the new price or cancel your order. We reserve the right to decline any orders.

II. Shipping:
American Medicals uses commercial carriers, such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL to ship anywhere in the United States within 3 - 6 days. The actual shipping charges are added to each order based on the weight, volume, and destination of the package. Expedited service, such as Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipments, are also available at an additional charge. We will notify you by e-mail of any additional shipping charges for your approval.

For international shipping, fees and other charges associated with international document preparation may be added to the shipping and handling charges. Prior to shipping, a representative from American Medicals will contact you within 48 hours after your order with international shipping charges. Any local duty, clearing, port fee or customs charge is the responsibility of the customer on delivery.

III. Warranty:
American Medicals makes no warranty of any kind with respect to the information posted on this web site. While American Medicals makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the data, this web site could include typographical errors and technical inaccuracies. In addition, photographs may not represent actual products. American Medicals expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, of any kind with respect to this web site or its use, including, but not limited to, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that American Medicals, its directors, officers, employees or other representatives shall not be liable for damages arising from the operation, content or use of the American Medicals website. You agree that this limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages of any kind, including without limitation direct, indirect, compensatory, special, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.

IV. Manufacturer Warranties:
Manufacturer warranties apply to your purchase. American Medicals disclaims all other warranties.

V. Liabilities:
In no event shall American Medicals be liable for any damages caused by any product or failure of such product to perform, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damage and regardless of the theory of liability pursuant to which such damages may be sought.

VI. Judicial Claims:
If the customer makes any claims against American Medicals, the customer agrees that the venue for such claims will be in Duval County, Jacksonville, Florida, USA.

VII. Other Claims:
All merchandise leaves our warehouse in good condition. The risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to the customer as such goods are picked up by the carrier for delivery to the customer. Freight carriers are responsible for the delivery of your order in good condition. Therefore, the customer should inspect the merchandise for both damage and/or shortage of products before signing the delivery receipt and before the driver leaves. Claims should be filed immediately with the carrier (not American Medicals) for merchandise damaged or shortage in transit. Failure to do so will leave you with no recourse with either the carrier or American Medicals.

VIII. Customer Credit Card Charges:
For any returned product, the customer authorizes American Medicals to charge his/her credit card for any Restocking, or other charges, in addition to the cost of the product to include shipping charges.

IX. Minimum Order:
A minimum order charge of $10.00 may be added to orders under $100.00.

X. Back Orders:
When an item in your order is not in stock, it will be placed on back order and shipped to you when it becomes available. If the product you wish to order is on back order, you will be notified by e-mail within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Delivery of some specialty items, such as surgical and dental instruments, could take up to 4 weeks due to the care we take in manufacturing our products.

XI. Damaged Goods/Shortages:
The customer must report damaged goods and/or shortage of products to American Medicals within 24 hours of delivery.

XII. Sales Tax:
American Medicals will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Florida. Customers in other states shall be responsible for all sales taxes and other applicable taxes on orders shipped to other states.

XIII. Returns:
Product returns are subject to Manufacturer Restrictions. Not all products are eligible for return. The customer agrees to follow American Medicals’ Return Policy and request a Return Authorization Number (RA#) from American Medicals before attempting to return any product. A 25% or manufacturer’s imposed restocking fee, whichever is greater, will be charged for all returns. See Return Policy.

XIV. Custom Medical Fiber Optic Cables:
Custom medical ­fiber optic cables can take 5 - 7 business days to manufacture. Cables will then be shipped by the option you select. All custom medical fiber optic cables are non-returnable.

XV. Termination of Registration:
You acknowledge and agree that American Medicals may terminate your password/access to this web site and remove and discard any content without notice to you for any reason, including without limitation, if: (a) you do not use the web site for what American Medicals, in its sole discretion, deems to be an extended period of time; (b) American Medicals believes that you have violated any of these Terms and Conditions, (c) you have otherwise acted in any manner that American Medicals deems objectionable. You agree that any termination of your password/access to this web site shall not result in any liability or other obligation of American Medicals to you or any third party in connection with such termination.
